Dentons has advised CEC Bank on a EUR 300 million issuance of eligible senior non-preferential securities, intended to be classified as MREL-eligible instruments. Clifford Chance advised joint bookrunners and co-arrangers Erste Group Bank and ING Bank and co-manager BT Capital Partners.

Dentons has advised Globe Trade Centre on the acquisition of a real estate portfolio from the real estate investor Peach Property Group. GTC acquired the portfolio in a consortium along with Luxembourg Finance House. Greenberg Traurig's Germany office reportedly advised Peach Property Group.

On October 22nd, the Court of Justice of the European Union (“CJEU”) issued a precedent-setting ruling in the Kolin Inşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret case (C-652/22 – the “Kolin case”). This is of crucial importance to contractors engaging or aiming to engage in the public procurement market of the European Union (“EU”), who originate from countries outside of the EU that are not party to international agreements with the EU which would formally admit such contractors to public tenders in the EU.

White & Case has advised CEZ Group on the issuance of EUR 700 million 4.125% sustainability-linked notes due 2031 and EUR 750 million 4.250% sustainability-linked notes due 2032 under its EUR 8 billion EMTN program. Dentons reportedly advised the underwriters.
