PRK Partners has advised GoOut on its acquisition of Ticketstream.
GoOut, now called PLG Czech Republic, is a ticketing platform. According to PRK, it is now "backed by the Estonian group AS Piletilevi, operating under the PLG brand, which has been developing its presence in the Czech Republic since 2023" (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on August 30, 2023).
PRK Partners did not respond to our inquiry on the matter.
