In the past twelve months, energy prices seem to have taken a life of their own. PwC Legal has advised Benefit Systems on its acquisition of 75% of the shares and agreement on the optional acquisition of 25% of shares in Lunching.pl. MMP Adwokaci reportedly advised the unidentified sellers on the deal.

It is widely accepted that, due to the increasing pace of today’s life and work, employees’ mental health is deteriorating.
