Wolf Theiss has advised the founder of Genesis College on an investment from Mozaik Investments. Filip & Company advised Mozaik Investments.

Genesis College is a Bucharest-based private education institution.

Mozaik Investments is a growth investment fund with offices in Vienna and Bucharest.
