Kinstellar has advised Banca Intesa on the issuance of collateral-free mini-bonds in Serbia in a transaction valued at RSD 470 million, arranged for Diopta.

Diopta is an optical retailer in the Western Balkans. According to Kinstellar, the issuance is part of the Minibond initiative by Intesa Sanpaolo Group, which aims to foster sustainable growth and develop capital markets across the region.

Earlier in 2025, Kinstellar advised Banca Intesa on its mini-bond launch in Serbia (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on May 27, 2025).
