CMS has advised the founders and shareholders of Coorum Informationstechnologie on the sale of 100% of shares to Kendox. Oberhammer advised Kendox.
Founded more than 20 years ago in Vienna, Coorum Informationstechnologie specializes in digital document management, workflow design, and automation services.
According to CMS, this transaction marks Kendox’s expansion into Austria and enhances its suite of cloud-based document management and business process automation solutions. Kendox, headquartered in Switzerland and with additional offices in Germany, Austria, and Serbia, will integrate Coorum’s expertise, now trading as Kendox Austria, into its European-standard software portfolio, further strengthening its pan-European presence.
