TGS Baltic has advised SEB on the lease of its future Baltic headquarters in the Talsinki quarter of central Tallinn.
According to TGS Baltic, the Talsinki quarter is a mixed-use development by Urmas Soorumaa. Located between the Rotermann Quarter and the Port of Tallinn, the building will become SEB’s flagship office upon its planned move in the second half of 2028.
The TGS Baltic team included Partners Peeter Viirsalu, Kirsti Pent, and Triinu Jarviste and Associate Artur Piisang.
