Sorainen has advised Nordspace on its EUR 6 million bond offering and listing on the Nasdaq First North alternative market.
According to Sorainen, Nordspace invests in the Baltic region and Poland, focusing on real estate projects that develop modern multifunctional spaces. The first tranche, totaling EUR 3.3 million, has already been successfully placed.
The Sorainen team included Partner Augustas Klezys, Counsel Lina Aleknaite-van der Molen, and Associates Andrius Pilitauskas and Vytautas Pasvenskas.
