DLA Piper has advised Guidewire Software on its acquisition of Quantee.
Guidewire Software is a P&C insurance software company.
Quantee is a Warsaw-based insurtech specializing in AI-driven pricing models.
According to DLA Piper, by integrating Quantee’s dynamic rating platform into its digital, analytics, and AI toolkit, Guidewire will enable insurers to design, manage, and optimize pricing across the entire policy lifecycle.
The DLA Piper team in Warsaw included Partner Jakub Marcinkowski, Counsels Izabela Gebal, Rafal Dostatni, and Dominika Nowak, Senior Associate Marta Borowka, Associates Natalia Cichocka-Stepien and Karol Kuterek, and Junior Associates Michal Bandurski and Agata Starkowska.
