CMS has advised REICO Long Lease on its acquisition of the LPP Distribution Center logistics facility in Bydgoszcz. Greenberg Traurig advised the unidentified sellers.
REICO Long Lease is a fund managed by REICO IS EAM, part of the Ceska Sporitelna banking group within Erste Group.
According to Greenberg Traurig, completed in 2022, the facility offers 103,864 square meters of rental space. It is currently leased to an international fashion retailer.
The CMS team included Partner Agata Jurek-Zbrojska, Counsels Zaneta Baldowska and Zuzanna Bafia, Senior Associates Jacek Mizgier and Karolina Bandzul-Krol, Associates Miroslaw Sadowski and Karolina Kosinska, and Lawyers Jan Ochman, Julia Cholewa, and Anna Lisiecka.
