GKC Partners, White & Case, and Paksoy Advise on Dream Games' Investment from CVC

White & Case and its Turkish affiliate GKC Partners have advised Dream Games on an equity investment from CVC. Latham & Watkins and Paksoy advised CVC.

Dream Games is a mobile games developer and publisher.

CVC is an alternative asset manager.

According to White & Case, CVC will become Dream Games’ sole equity partner and provide liquidity to its initial venture capital backers after more than five years. Funds managed by Blackstone and other investors will provide the accompanying debt financing.

The White & Case team included Istanbul-based Partners Emre Ozsar and Ates Turnaoglu, Of Counsel Sezin Elcin, Counsel Asli Gulum, Associates Batuhan Akarsu, Caner Boztepe, Sertac Yuksel, and Hakan Eraslan as well as further lawyers in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, London, New York, Washington, DC, Brussels, and Duesseldorf.

The Paksoy team included Partners Ayse Demirel Atakan, Sera Somay, and Sansal Erbacioglu, Senior Associate Asli Eryilmaz, and Associates Bengisu Babalik and Bulent Ozturk.
