Avellum Advises Grupa Pracuj on Merger Clearance for Investment in Work.ua

Avellum has advised Grupa Pracuj on obtaining merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for its further investment in Work Ukraine, the operator of Work.ua.

Grupa Pracuj is an HR Tech group in Central and Eastern Europe.

Work.ua is a Ukrainian job search platform. According to Avellum, as a result of the transaction, Grupa Pracuj will indirectly increase its shareholding in companies operating Robota.ua and Work.ua, both of which it acquired earlier in 2025 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 3, 2025).
