According to Schoenherr, the acquisition will make Bulgaria Exadel’s second-largest delivery hub in Europe, strengthening the company’s specialized engineering capabilities and supporting its AI-first strategy and expansion across its global delivery network, which currently includes 30 delivery centers in 17 countries.
