Gessel has advised WPIP Green Energy and Metropolis Doradztwo Gospodarcze on the sale of a biogas plant in Ilowiec Wielki to Galia Green Power.
Galia Green Power is a renewable energy investor focused on biogas and biomethane projects.
According to Gessel, the plant, which supplies approximately 4,000 megawatt-hours to the grid, meets the highest technical standards and offers significant potential for further development.Â
The Gessel team included Partner Maciej Kozuchowski, Senior Associate Diana Strzalkowska-Grad, and Junior Associate Michal Tratkiewicz.
