Kinstellar has advised Hungary’s state-owned energy company MVM Group on the public procurement and development of a new nearly-1-gigawatt combined-cycle gas turbine power plant at Tiszaujvaros in North-East Hungary.
Earlier in 2025, Kinstellar advised MVM Group on CCGT power plant development (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 6, 2025).
The Kinstellar team in Budapest included Managing Partner Balazs Sepsey and Senior Associate Laszlo Bujaki.
