Kinstellar has advised Odine Solutions on its acquisition of a 53.03% stake in Logate.
According to Kinstellar, Logate is a Montenegro-based software company known for its 5G core network technologies, banking infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions across the European market. The deal perimeter also included Logate Institut Za Informacione Tehnologije, a wholly owned training and HR development subsidiary, and Logate GmbH, an Austria-based marketing firm in which Logate DOO holds a 70% stake.
The Kinstellar team included Partner Edmund Emre Ozer.
