TGS Baltic has advised OneMed on its acquisition of ITAK.
OneMed is part of Asker Healthcare Group, a European healthcare group focused on effective and sustainable medical solutions, with over 4,000 employees in 17 countries and revenues of approximately SEK 16 billion.
ITAK is an Estonian provider of mobility and personal assistive equipment. According to TGS Baltic, it operates 22 service centers across Estonia and is an online platform that offers a range of mobility aids, personal care items, and medical devices to patients and care providers. The company employs 67 people and reported revenues exceeding EUR 8 million in 2024.
The TGS Baltic team included Partners Kadri Kallas and Triinu Jarviste, Associate Partner Indrek Ergma, Counsels Karl Kull, Mari Anne Rohtla, and Mirko Kikkamagi, Senior Associates Grete Lind and Ingeri Luik-Tamme, Associates Ingeri-Helena Kakko and Britte Koppel, and Lawyers Grete Kruustuk and Christina Kiik.
