White & Case has advised UniCredit on the PLN 660 million (approximately EUR 154.4 million) financing extended to Modivo, a subsidiary of CCC.
Modivo is an online fashion retail market company.
According to White & Case, the financing will be used to refinance existing debt resulting from the earlier issue of convertible bonds, fully repaying the bonds ahead of schedule. The convertible bonds were previously acquired by SoftBank.
The White & Case team included Partner Grzegorz Abram and Associates Joanna Misztal-Dzitko and Marlena Skowronska.
