Kinstellar has promoted Magda Raducanu and Jan Lehky to Partner.
Raducanu is Kinstellar's Head of Banking & Finance in Romania and Co-Head of the Firm-wide Banking & Finance service line. She has been with the firm since 2021 when she joined as a Special Counsel. Earlier, she worked for Dentons as a Managing Counsel between 1999 and 2021.
Lehky is the Co-Head of the Firm-wide Environmental, Social & Governance service line. He has been with Kinstellar since joining as a Senior Associate in 2014 and was promoted to Managing Associate in 2016 and Counsel in 2020. Earlier, he worked for Hogan Lovells as an Attorney at Law between 2012 and 2014 and was an Attorney at Law at Glatzova & Co between 2008 and 2012.
