Bucharest-based Tineghe, who's part of the firm's Real Estate practice, has been with the team since 2005 when he joined Linklaters as an Attorney at Law. Warsaw-based Gajdus focuses on intellectual property and technology. He first joined DLA Piper in 2012 as a Trainee and became an Associate in 2013, before leaving to join A&O Shearman in 2015 and then re-joining DLA Piper in 2023 as Counsel. He worked for A&O Shearman as an Associate between 2015 and 2019, as a Senior Associate between 2019 and 2022, and as a Counsel between 2022 and 2023.

Miller, based in Warsaw as well, focuses primarily on corporate legal matters. He has been with DLA Piper since 2018 when he joined as a Senior Associate, before becoming a Counsel in 2020. Earlier, he worked for K&L Gates as an Associate between 2015 and 2018, for MFW Fialek as a Senior Associate in 2015, and was also a Legal and Business Relations Advisor to the Board with GrECo JLT Polska between 2014 and 2015.
