Clifford Chance has advised BNP Paribas-TEB, ING, and QNB on the financing provided to Cimsa for its acquisition of Ireland-based Mannok.
Cimsa is a Turkish-listed building materials company and a subsidiary of Sabanci Holding. According to Clifford Chance, the transaction enables Cimsa to expand its presence in the UK and Irish markets.
The Clifford Chance team included Istanbul-based Partner Sait Eryilmaz, Senior Associate Ali Can Altiparmak, and Associate Aykan Karpuzcu.
