Dentons has advised Ciklum on its acquisition of GoSolve Group. Davis Wright Tremaine and Legal Logic reportedly advised the sellers.

GoSolve Group is a San Francisco-headquartered cloud-native software development company with a team primarily based in Poland and India. According to Dentons, specializing in Go programming language, cloud modernization, high-performance computing, and DevOps, GoSolve brings over 150 professionals into Ciklum’s global workforce.
The Dentons team included Warsaw-based Partner Piotr Dulewicz and Counsel Bartosz Juszczak with further team members in the US and India.
