Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Panattoni on a long-term lease agreement with PBS Connect Polska for a new logistics hub at Panattoni Park Warsaw North III, located in Kobylka, near Warsaw.
According to Norton Rose Fulbright, under the agreement, Panattoni will deliver more than 24,000 square meters of warehouse and office space to support PBS Connect Polska’s operational expansion and relocation of its headquarters from Marki. The development will include 1,500 square meters of office and staff areas, designed for approximately 150 employees.
